By entering any giveaway run by South Devon Auto Locksmiths, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

The promoter of this giveaway is South Devon Auto Locksmiths, based in South Devon, United Kingdom. 

• The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. 
• Employees of South Devon Auto Locksmiths, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
• Must live in South Devon. ID may be requested to prove this.

•  Entry instructions will be clearly stated on each individual Facebook giveaway post.
• Only entries made in accordance with the instructions on the giveaway post will be accepted.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted.
• Automated or bulk entries will not be accepted and may be disqualified.
• If you do not have Facebook, you can enter by email below.

• Each giveaway will have a clearly stated opening and closing date and time.
• Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

• Prize details will be clearly outlined on each giveaway post.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.
• The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the giveaway has closed.

• Winners will be announced via the South Devon Auto Locksmiths Facebook page and/or contacted directly via Facebook.
• Winners must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If no response is received, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• Prize delivery or collection details will be arranged directly with the winner.
• South Devon Auto Locksmiths accepts no responsibility for delays or issues outside of its control.

By entering, winners agree that their name and/or Facebook profile name may be used in winner announcements and promotional posts, without additional compensation.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
• By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing information to South Devon Auto Locksmiths and not to Facebook.
• Participants fully release Facebook from any responsibility related to this giveaway.

• South Devon Auto Locksmiths reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or withdraw the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
• The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

•  The promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and eligibility from the winner. Failure to provide reasonable proof when requested may result in disqualification and an alternative winner being selected.
