Consent & declaration Forms

The customer will sign a declaration to confirm that:

1. I am the legal owner of the vehicle or I have the express permission of the legal owner to authorise this work.
2. I authorise the locksmith to gain entry to the vehicle, cut/program keys, repair locks, or perform any other locksmith services required.

  The locksmith will attempt non-destructive entry where possible. However, certain vehicle locks may require forced entry. The customer accepts that minor cosmetic damage can occur, and the locksmith is not liable for such damage where it is necessary to complete the job. Locked out of your home or car? We provide quick and efficient emergency lockout services to get you back in as soon as possible.

 If the purpose of the call-out is key recovery from inside the vehicle, the locksmith is not liable if keys cannot be retrieved due to vehicle security systems, position of key, or if your keys are not in your vehicle. 

The locksmith is not responsible for:

• Existing electrical faults 
• Faulty central locking 
• ECU/immobiliser issues 
• Worn or damaged locks prior to attendance. 

Some vehicles may require dealer-level diagnostics. The locksmith is not liable for immobiliser/ECU failures that are pre-existing or unrelated to the work carried out. 

  Parts supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty if it exceeds our 12 months warranty period. Please see our warranty policy for more information. We offer a range of safe installation and repair services, including combination changes, lock upgrades, and more.

If the locksmith attends the location but cannot proceed due to incorrect information or lack of proof of ownership, a call-out fee may still apply. Our experts can assess your property and provide customized security solutions to protect your home or business.
